в день ест 150 г овощного пюре, 80 г мяса, 150 каши, 100 фрукты, ну и свежие даю погрызть в ниблере, ну и ГВ
не заставляю, не пляшу с бубнами, юбками не трясу, САМ
все индивидуально наверное, нет каких-то рамок по возрасту
