С начала прикорма, то есть с 5,5 мес. Но у нас каши хорошие, без сахара. А безмолочных вообще нет. В России в гостях сама варила обычные каши типа Ясно солнышко, блендером мельчила и добавляла сухую смесь типа Нан.
